Caracterización articulatoria de las fricativas sibilantes alveolares del euskera: Segunda parte

Se presenta la segunda parte de un análisis articulatorio de las dos fricativas sibilantes alveolares del euskera (<z> y <s>), realizado a partir de quince colecciones de imágenes de resonancia magnética en 2D y 3D (cf. Iribar, Pagola y Túrrez, 2020). Mediante la aplicación de un conjunto de parámetros fonéticos, cualitativos y cuantitativos, se identifican dos modelos articulatorios para <z> y tres para <s>, y se examinan los procedimientos utilizados para su distinción. Los modelos principales son: dentoalveolar dorsal para <z> y apicoalveolar para <s>.
